Google Forms settings to turn on: Settings → Responses → "Collect email addresses" (automatic) · "Send responders a copy of their responses" OFF · Confirmation message: "Thank you for applying. We review applications manually and will follow up within 5–7 business days."

Automation: Use Google Forms + Gmail with a "canned response" / template, or connect to Zapier/Make to auto-send the email on submission. The "Are you…?" question tells you exactly who's in your pipeline — segment those homeowners.
How to automate this: Two options — (1) Free: Google Forms → Google Sheets → Zapier free tier → Gmail template auto-sends on new row. Takes about 20 min to set up. (2) Simpler: Set the Google Form confirmation page to include the list link directly (no email needed, but you lose the contact capture). Option 1 is better — you want their email.

The booking link: Drop your Calendly, Cal.com, or Compass scheduling link into the "Book a Call" button. This turns every vendor list request into a potential showing or listing consult.
